SUMMER 2013

• Biscayne Blvd activities have overshadowed all the other places Downtown Miami has to offer for entertainment. "The Connection” uses this area to presents these other events thru interactive screens, speakers, and advertising; while bringing an iconic set of experiences to the users.​​

• The main locations for my intervention is the Biscayne Blvd site walk. The city created these energetic patterns in the floors that connect all the prominent attractions between NE 14th street and the Miami River. By extruding masses from some of these shapes I was available to create spaces and further more integrate functions to them.

​

 

• My designs will focus in the integration of outdoor mist cooling system, television screens, sitting and shading areas, bathrooms, and water fountains for users to benefit from.
