The downtown of Miami flattened by years of urbanism is being transformed in a huge cosmopolitan city. This growing has provided the construction of tall buildings for the development of massing corporations, but, it is still lack to provide or generate common spaces where people can be related to certain unusual activities in their traditional lives. 
My concept of interlocking space is focused in create this type of public spaces where people can navigate to the core of the downtown and find moments dedicated to shared their work.  This landmark provide a difference kind of programs where the user can development different activities relate with work or simple recreation
